Abstract

Climate Change has become an alarming situation in today's world. The negative effects it brings harm our environment as well as the lives of human beings. Material extraction and waste generation due to human beings has become one of the widely recognized factors that affect climate change. Hence there is a need for better management of waste. In this paper, waste management, the need of the hour, is discussed; along with the concept of Circular Economy, which proves to be a marvelous technique for better management of waste and reduction of the impact of climate change. The proposed solution includes a five-feature website, which is easily accessible and usable by every human being, thus making a step towards the reduction of the effect of climate change by every individual. The solution utilizes the concept of Circular Economy. The concept of the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Calculator has also been discussed along with its usage in the solution for waste management. The paper finishes with the implementation of the five features and their impacts.
