For public transportation, a smart ticketing system utilizing RFID, GPS, and GSM technologies is a cutting-edge and effective option. With this approach, there is no longer a need for paper tickets, fraud is decreased, and passenger convenience is improved. Tickets with RFID tags attached make it quick and simple to obtain trip information, and GPS technology tracks the location of the car in real-time so that passengers can monitor their progress. The system and passengers can communicate thanks to GSM technology, which enables the distribution of notifications, updates, and customized offers. The benefits, difficulties, and implementation of a smart ticketing system employing RFID, GPS, and GSM technologies are discussed in this study. Future directions for study and development are offered, and the effectiveness and efficiency of the system are explored.
