In this paper, we introduced the notion of Pk(r, m) and Pk’(r, m) seminear-rings by way of generalizing the concepts of Pk and Pk’ seminear-rings. We discussed the properties of Pk and Pk’ seminear-rings under certain conditions. We also obtained a characterization of Pk(r, m) and Pk’(r, m) seminear-rings.
