Many Indians know Rock Paper & Scissors as a quick, casual game of chance. In the growing world of Human computer interaction (HCI), the design and implementation of an interactive Rock-Paper-Scissors game helps to showcase how pretrained, optimized models can be integrated into applications by developers without a deep background in ML. The RPS game has a clear objective (to classify one of the three states) and provides immediate visual feedback on algorithm performance. It allows learners to experiment with Gesture Algorithm Design: Creating logic rules based on landmark data (e.g., finger state detection). OpenCV helps to identify the 21 skeletal landmark points of the hand in real-time. These landmarks are analyzed through a deterministic algorithm to classify the user's gesture into one of the three RPS moves with high reliability. The computer opponent's move is generated randomly, and the game logic determines the winner. An Arduino microcontroller receives the outcome of the game via serial communication and commands individual servo motors, each physically representing a distinct game move (Rock, Paper, or Scissors). The assigned servo acts to visually display the computer's choice, while a LCD screen provides real-time game status and score updates. implementation of an interactive Rock PaperScissors (RPS) game that serves as an accessible prototype for human-computer interaction (HCI).
