Abstract
The IoT-based fuel monitoring system represents a transformative approach to managing fuel resources across various industries and applications. By integrating advanced sensor technology, data analytics algorithms, and wireless communication protocols, the system enables real- time monitoring, accurate measurement, and efficient utilization of fuel assets. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the design, implementation, and applications of an IoT- based fuel monitoring system. The system incorporates ultrasonic sensors for precise fuel level measurement, interfaced with microcontroller platforms for data processing and communication. Wireless communication modules facilitate the seamless transmission of fuel level data to centralized servers or cloud platforms, where it is securely stored and analysed. A user-friendly web-based dashboard provides stakeholders with real-time insights, customizable alerts, and predictive analytics to optimize fuel management strategies. The system offers versatile applications across industries such as transportation, agriculture, construction, marine, and aviation, driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and environmental sustainability. Additionally, future scope for the system includes integration with smart grids, AI-driven analytics, block chain technology, and environmental monitoring capabilities, fostering innovation and collaboration towards a more resilient and sustainable future.
